We offer affordable weekly maintenance, have a consistantly high standard of work all – year round. We offer garden maintenance of flats, housing estates, private gardens, balconies and office grounds. A huge selection of shrubs, trees and bedding plants are also available from us and we offer an expert planting service. Additional services offered;

We provide a pressure washing facility to clean and enhance existing paving, walling, decking and garden furniture. Once cleaned, re-pointing, if necessary, can be carried out. We also offer a lawn treatment service which with appropriate chemicals soil aeration and scarification processes will transform most lawns from looking tired and neglected to looking fresh and green.

Since 1989, we have introduced an internal cleaning service for communal areas in blocks of flats, if you so require. We offer a 10 % price reduction on both cleaning and gardening charges, if both services are accepted together.

• Carpeted areas vacumed, any stains spot treated during visits.
• Hard or tiled floors mopped with detergent. Binstores bleached.
• Window ledges, hand rails, ballustrading and skirtings dusted and polished.
• Marley tiled and sheet vinyl flooring machine buffed and polish applied.
• Lighting checked and bulbs replaced as necessary.
• Report any maintenance problems to Managing Agents.
